Hire a plumbing and handyman Santiago Martinez was extremely professional when he came to look at the bathroom floor downstairs (in-law unit) that needed replacement after the toilet overflowed because of clogged sewer tree roots. He replaced the floor boards and picked out the beautiful marble design vinyl linoleum that replaced the original floor perfectly as well as installed it in the hallway and closet and even put in wall boards and trim that had been missing and had some water damage. He also had to remove and replace the bathroom sink and toilet after he installed the floor. When the job was done, he cleaned up the area and took away all the old scraps. His estimate was well within my limited budget and I can not thank him enough for making this very stressful project come out so beautifully. I would certainly recommend him to all homeowners.
